I am a Ravine...

A great/best friend and I had a chance this past weekend to share some quality time together... As we sat on the bathroom floor (don't ask) of our friends house (my boyfriend and her best friend) she shared her vision or view of how she saw me and I thought it was worth sharing...

She compared me to waters of a ravine... you know the stream that flows through rocks of all sizes. She described herself as one of the rocks. She is the standstill object, the one who will always be present in my waters (life) and that allows my waters to flow and sway in different directions all the while moving forward and never looking back.

As I (water) pass by the rock (her) I also forever change her as I leave a thin film of water behind, just enough to help with the growth of moss.

Both needing each other in in others lives, we manage to permanently affect one another lives forever having changed our paths and being...

I don't know if this makes any sense to anyone else, but it sure makes sense to me...
